Selection

We provide a highly qualified workforce, we implement a rigorous candidate selection process that includes detailed interviews. For specific positions, we also conduct qualification assessments at designated testing centers, as well as psychological evaluations. Once we identify the ideal candidates, we can initiate the process of bringing them to the Republic of Croatia.

Legal Work

Our agency manages most issues and communications related to the relevant institutions, including the Croatian Employment Service, the Ministry of the Interior, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which oversee the necessary documentation and permits for foreign workers to stay and work in the Republic of Croatia.

Arrival

The final steps are designed to orient workers and address their obligations upon arrival in Croatia. This phase includes arrangements for their flight to Croatia, residence registration, accommodation check-in, and a medical examination.
